Public speaking and presenting
Many people have an irrational fear of getting up in front of others and presenting information. We have met with people that swim with sharks, jump out of planes and drive motorbikes at 150mph, and yet go to pieces when asked to talk to a group of people. And this issue is rarely connected with subject matter competence or expertise.
That's the good news. We have worked with literally hundreds of people over the last 10 years to banish the old feelings of dread and replace them with a sense of focused excitement and positive expectations.
We show participants how to present naturally and to let their personality come to the fore when they speak to groups of people. And we never let them leave until they have demonstrated to themselves and others that they can do it, and even enjoy it.
It is a liberating experience to capture and hold the attention of others, and most participants are delighted at the freedom that power-point free sessions bring. This is a must for anyone who presents anything to anybody and wants to get even better at it and to make this activity a highlight of their work.
