Core Team

We have a core team of 5 Consultant Coaches. Each of us has an extensive background in Business, having worked with large corporate multi-nationals, SMEs and Public Sector Organisations. We have all worked in different sectors, different countries and different organisational cultures. We all have experience of collaborating with Senior Management Teams as well as groups at all other levels of the organisation. The only common thread is that whoever and wherever we have worked, we have produced sustained, excellent results for our customers.

Together with our sister company in Istanbul Turkey, we have the capability to deliver international learning and development projects. We have access to a wide range of consultants, coaches and trainers and have developed an international network of like-minded and skilled professionals. This allows us to help you to deliver aligned learning and development initiatives speedily and effectively, and to a wide range of people across many sites.
